The Torbay Learning Disability Partnership Board is the place for people to have a voice about issues for people with learning disabilities living in Torbay.
As part of the Board, Devon Link Up supports the role of the Partnership Board Ambassadors. There are 7 Ambassadors
and they meet twice a week to work on the activities of the Partnership Board as well as the things they are interested in.
The Ambassadors are proud to be part of The Big Plan for Torbay which is the plan about making services better in the Bay. We work closely with Torbay Council and other services to look at the things that are good and areas where changes could be made.
Our office is at Hollacombe and we welcome visitors to talk to us and to share their ideas.
The Ambassadors deliver training about Easy Read information and Reasonable Adjustments and the feedback is always excellent!
